This is a question that I get all the time! This article doesn’t quite explain things perfectly, but nobody wants to read that many words. Some quick comments:
- I know lots of these “we buy houses” people and work with them all the time.
- They do buy houses. Then they sell those houses to me an hour later at a higher price.
- Then I bring my construction team in, do all the repairs, make it nice, and re-sell it.
