Denver buyers have been feeling the pain of major inventory shortages lately. This problem isn't local, it's national. Interest rates dropped, buying power increased, and people splurged on housing because there were no cruises, no concerts, no vacations.

Hopefully this bright red pain point subsides soon - it's better for all of us when the market moves freely.
