Cancel the Rent!

The eviction moratorium just extended again. Good news for struggling tenants! not quite so good for struggling landlords. Yes, some landlords are struggling too, but congress approved another $25 billion to help cover the bills for those tenants unable to pay.

Back at the start of this, we saw lots of signs that said "cancel rent". Too bad it's not that easy! Most landlords have debts just like everybody else.
